Atribuições

A Portaria Nº 255, de 27 de fevereiro de 2019, do Comandante do Exército (Instruções Gerais para a Fiscalização de Produtos Controlados pelo Exército Brasileiro), estabelece 31 (trinta e uma) atribuições aos SFPC regionais.

Localização

A 1ª Região Militar é uma das 12 regiões militares do Exército Brasileiro. Ela é subordinada ao Comando Militar do Leste e tem jurisdição sobre os estados do Rio de Janeiro e Espírito Santo.

O nome histórico da 1ª Região Militar é uma homenagem ao Presidente Marechal Hermes Rodrigues da Fonseca, que foi comandante da região entre 1904 e 1906.
